Privacy policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026. Verified AP is a service of Problem Company ("we," "us"). This page says what we collect on this site and what we do with it.
What we collect on this site
- Analytics and advertising. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. Google sets cookies to measure whether a visit from an ad led to a booking or a purchase. We see aggregate counts, not your identity. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
- The call form. If you ask for a call, we keep your name, work email, company, phone if you gave it, and your invoice volume in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can set up the call and follow up if we don't hear back. We use it for that and nothing else.
- Payments. If you go ahead with the paid assessment after the call, it's invoiced and paid through Stripe under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Bookings. Calls are scheduled through a calendar tool that collects your name, email, and the time you picked.
- Intake form. If you fill in the short intake form, we keep what you tell us (invoice volume, AP system, who keys invoices today) to prepare for the call.
What we do with it
We use it to run the assessment, send you the written map and quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We don't sell it. We don't share it with anyone except the processors named above (Google, Stripe, the calendar and form tools) and only for those purposes.
Client invoice data
If you become a client, your invoices are processed on US cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people verifying your invoices. The details are set out in the service agreement you sign before any invoice is sent to us.
Retention
Assessment materials are kept for 12 months after the call, then deleted unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
